About Living Stones Resources
The landscape of missions is rapidly changing. The global church outside the West has matured significantly and continues to display an exceptional spiritual vitality. This has produced a global church that is ready and willing to go to the world to share the Gospel and the compassion of Christ. However, the church outside the United States also has significant needs. Lack of access to training and to finances continue to hinder the work.
By contrast, the church in the United States has abundant resources but is in serious need of revival.
How do we responsibly get the resources from the U.S. to the workers around the world while at the same time capturing the spiritual vitality in the non-western world and share it with an American audience?
Answer: by creating Gospel-centered partnerships, faithful friendships between American churches and churches on the front lines.
The goal of Living Stones is to help the western church responsibly connect with the persecuted and impoverished church around the world. We help American churches share their bread with persecuted and impoverished believers while those same believers share the valuable lessons they have learned in the fires of suffering and persecution with the American church.Living Stones Resources functions as an ambassador, building these faithful friendships. We do so by ...
- Identifying faithful indigenous believers who have a vision and are actively attempting to reach their own people with the Gospel.
- Sharing their stories of faithfulness with the American church with the goal of establishing long-term relationships between the two.
Living Stones Resources helps both partners go the distance by bridging the language and the cultural divides that make these partnerships challenging.
Our ultimate goal is to see the American church revived by the stories of God's faithfulness while the non-western church is well resourced to reach its people for Christ.
